Seung Min "Rigel" Kim is a UT Austin student who helped found Arrows of Christ back in Spring of 2017. Once agnostic, she decided to follow Christ several years ago and now sees many reasons to believe. By the grace of God, Arrows has helped answer her questions about the Bible and given her great confidence to share it with others.

(First, thank you for reading. Your time is precious, so I make my blog posts as short as possible and upload only my best. I pray this will impact you.)
About a year ago, the Lord showed me something big. My church and Arrows of Christ were emphasizing intimacy with God, and I began to want it more and more. I then struck out on a spiritual journey to know God deeply, and the paths have led to mountaintops that the world could never touch.
I began by praying the Psalms – ones that focus on God’s attributes. As I read lines such as “[God is] plenteous in mercy” and something changed in me. I realized that if the Bible says He is good, just, etc., then He IS good, just, etc. – and to doubt it or say otherwise would be an insult. And the more I knew how wonderful God is, naturally, the more I loved Him. As a good hymn goes, “Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in His wonderful face. And the things of earth will grow strangely dim, in the light of His glory and grace.” How can I share how amazing He is! Think about it. God:
No matter how well you know God, I recommend onto you to know Him even more! Pray, read what the Bible says about Him, think on Him – perhaps go through some Psalms like I did, look up the verses I listed above, or search what the Bible says about His goodness, love, righteousness, etc. I may write more blog posts on what I learn about Him, as well.
God is too good to describe with words. Sometimes, I think the best response before God is utter silence. A sense of awe in the beauty of who He is. A bone-chilling feeling of being before the One who created and sustains the universe yet notices and loves specks of dust like us. We’ll probably react with hushed silence when we meet Him face-to-face. Then, we will really know Him.

I plan to upload a new post every 1-2 weeks. If you’d like email updates, let me know at . Also, I’m happy to talk about Arrows of Christ, answer Bible questions, take prayer requests, or just chat about life.
